INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR

We also work with Institutional Investors on long-term projects that produce sustainable yields. We categorise institutional investors as being non-banking organisations, or people who control a collection of share amounts to qualify for less regulation.

INVEST WITH  YOUR ISA

In April 2016 the government introduced the new Innovative Finance ISA. Using an Innovative Finance Individual Savings account (IFISA) investors have the opportunity to transfer funds into a John Howard property bond.

To use your ISA is free. There are no set up costs, no annual management or platform charges, no IFA fees.

We have developed a system for you to transfer your chosen amount of funds directly in to a John Howard Investment property Bond. Our team will provide you with guidance on how to do this with minimum effort and paperwork on your part. Your IFISA will be held with our investment partner P1 Capital Partners Ltd.
